Saw this on a bloggy thing the other day. Suspicious Package (http://www.mothersruin.com/software/SuspiciousPackage/get.html) lets you preview .pkg files, right down to the Installer ID, scripts and issues warnings before you get to the install phase. Handy if you're not 1000000000% sure where that Adobe Flash (or whatever) installer came from.
