I have done this before, but I cannot remember what I had to do to get it to work.
I had to adjust a Global sheet mark for a PITA pressman, and now I cannot get it to show up to where I can select it to use. I feel like I need to register it or something, but not sure. I duplicated a mark that I currently use, and now I cannot select it

Here is what I have

I think you have to go to the Administration (the little guy at the top of the Menu Bar)
Select Templates/Stripping Sheet Templates Select your Template/Edit

I think you have to do it this way because it's a Stripping Sheet template?
If it was a regular template I think you could edit as you go
