Joe, when new item added or subtracted on the particular Folder (with Folder Action Script), my team will receive the email. currently, only the main folder will be notified. I would like to include the subfolder as well. I do not know what is the AppleScript string for subfolder. Could you help on this? TIA.

Hi xmb, Is it automatic change code? Do you have any sample or recommended vendor? Thanks.

I have one title with 2 editions. For example secion 1 to 6 is Asia edition. The last section is also duplicate as Japanese edition.
My question is can the barcode ID change automatically in Kodak Preps (especially split edition)?
I am using the EPS file in Kodak Preps for the variable barcode.

Note: The barcode is a safeguard for postpress binding process. The binder will stop if the barcode code is different.

Yes. Joe, I have tested and confirmed that same file name after uploaded onto InSite. It will shows error message: "Failed to perform AutoRefine for file 06_ABC.pdf, as it has pages that are already approved". If different file name uploaded, the file will be successfully upload, overwritten and does not show any error or warning. The Approved page status will became Work in Progress.

Hi There,

I am new in Kodak InSite workflow. I have an query about Kodak InSite.
 My client has approved one of the title. The job was not moved to production and the web access was still on.

One hour later, the client re-uploaded one revised page with difference name without requests rejection.
For example: The earlier approved page name 006_ABC.pdf, the correction page name was 006_DEF.pdf.

The InSite was overwrote the approved page. Is the InSite setting something not right?

After upgraded to OS X 10.11.6 the Workshop stop working (Not synchronized).
