No. I was just given a folder of old logo comps & proofs from my company's original graphic designer. All printed out with quark marks.

Date of output? August 1999.

I was still in diapers back then.

Wasn't that when Quark was still the best software to be using? About that time the first InDesign came out and I remember being told by someone who used it that it was like Adobe had taken the worst features from Pagemaker and Quark, put them together and came up with InDesign. Oh how things change...

Joe

1999 Quark was still the top dog. When I started at my current place in 2001 we were still using Quark 4 and then Quark 5. Once we started using OS X there was not an OS X version of Quark.

Indesign 1.0 sucked mightily. Version 1.5 was tolerable. Version 2.0 was the beginning of the end for Quark.

Started my new job and got a new macbook pro fully loaded with all the apps, then I noticed a icon in the doc I've never seen before.

Upon inspection it turned out to be Quark 10!

Who knew?

Joe

So who did you piss off?

(Congrats on the new job though)
