Work compadra has an ancient iMac and ancient Adobe at home. Her keyboard shortcuts have gone flaky.

She's gotta drag her .plist file(s) onto Desktop and re-launch, correct?

Been a while... Is it system Library or User~Library?  Path?

How old?

Holding down CONTROL+SHIFT+OPTION+COMMAND while starting the app will have it ask if you want to delete the preferences. Not sure what version that started though so give that a try. If that doesn't work the prefs should be in Users/~/Library/Preferences.
