Hi all,

Has anyone had issues with Adobe CS6 and Pantone+ colors that RIP as blank pages in Rampage? Running Rampage 11.3.0build40 here, with a total PDF workflow.

I know that if we change the Pantone+ mode from LAB to CMYK, the file rips fine. But it's a total PITA to chase down any and all placed logos to clear out those colors.

Thanks in advance

Thanks, T-Pat. I saw that post, but read it again. It simply can't be easy, like, Rampage sending a patch.

You're welcome, but thank Joe, he's the OP.

A-hem,

Thanks, Joe, for posting the link.

Have people replaced their Pantone libraries and reverted back to the previous libraries?

T-Pat,

And you've had no problems with client's files going wonky in your workflow?

I think I remember a time when stuff like this was released first to the RIP manufacturers before unleashing it in the wild, forcing us peons to deal with it.

99.99% of our clients wouldn't know pantone from pierogies. Which is what I had for lunch today, tasty!
