Does anyone know if there is a way to dictate the order in which plates are sent from the Prinect print manager to the supra setter (Shooter) without manually releasing each plate? I apologize that I do not have the versions of the software at the current moment. Thanks in advance for any help you all may be able to give me.

Whoa, I was JUST in that Preference this morning! I was looking for something else, but if you go under the Administration->All Users there's a section that says "Print Order" and you can move the 4c plates up & down. I don't know if you can do it on a job-by-job basis however.
A little diddie 'bout black 'n cyan...two reflective colors doin' the best they can.

Thanks Slappy, we do a lot of 7color work utilizing blue, green and orange inks. Do you know if you can set any other colors besides the 4cp for output order?

As long as you turn on "Submit Print Order to Press", it should send colours in order as per your "Color" setup in job.
You can rearrange colors in color setup to your liking by drag and drop.

Thanks for the great info, I hope to have time to test this tomorrow. I have been a Brique/Prinergy operator for 20 years so this new job has me feeling like a newbie again. Who says you can't teach old dogs new tricks :)

You will love it in Printready.
I was Brisque user for many years and we upgraded to Printready, never looked back.
Just one feature, not having 300 color bars to maintain is worth a gold and there are tons of features and helpful tools like that.
PDF tolbox plugin is your friend.

We have Prinergy too and it does not come close, even though they have the same origin.
