Does anyone know what this means? We are using Rampage 11.1 and when I send this certain file to output on our Epson 9880, I get this error on our rip:

AFGADRIV MFC Application

AFGADRIV MFC Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

It is a JPG placed in Indy and exported as an EPS. (I also tried as a PDF) The file sends fine to the HP Designjet 5500, but gets this error when sending to the Epson. I saved the JPG as a TIFF and ripped it and it sent to the Epson fine. However, the image comes out with extended random black lines where there is black type or boxes. But the image is flattened and usually when that happens, flattening it fixes that problem. I'll post screen shots of that later in anothert topic. That's a different problem, but has anyone encountered this error before? I was thinking I might need a driver.
