I know we should all be smart enough to not open unknown attachments.

I also know how ignorant CSR's and salesmen can be. Watch out for these.

This happened at my old shop. One week into my 2-weeks-notice before moving to my current shop, everyone in the sales/accounting departments were getting these. I was also the IT guy so I spent my last week cleaning up machines. That stuff is seriously hard to clear.

PitStop Server or Pro with an action list to remove attachments before incoming files are eyeballed!

Or even Acrobat Pro with a JavaScrip to remove attachments, or Denebu, or...
