Only people who ring my doorbell are the ripoff driveway pavers and the guys who want me to pay them to mow my yard. Yeah, I let it get long in the summer, but mine's the only yard that's still green in August.
Tall tree, short ropes, fix stupid.

"There's been a lot of research recently on how hard it is to dislodge an impression once it's been implanted in someone's mind. (This is why political attack ads don't have to be true to be effective. The other side can point out their inaccuracies, but the voter's mind privileges the memory of the original accusation, which was juicier than any counterargument ever could be.)"

Jason, I've got that exact same Benchmade folder with tonto tip, except I have combo edge.

Not assist, full-on switch-blade. Push the button and hold on.

 :cheesy:

I like the combo edge, but I couldn't get one in the switch-blade model. I had to pull some strings to get the one I have. Only police and military can get them... legally.

I think I have the same one as you Born. Combo edge, tanto blade, Elishewitz design?

I have a CRKT that is "assisted" but it's more like just hit the thumb stud and out it comes. I don't carry them anymore. No need for an ignorant cop to ruin my day

Must be knife day. I brought in some steak for the presscrew. I needed something to cut it with so I brought my 10 in. breaker. The black one is my kershaw EDC. It's not as assisted but there is a lug on the back that will snap it open just as quick as your switchblade.

This thread is making me think of Dwight Shrute
I guess we hall have a bit of Dwight in us, I traded a friend a cheap butterfly knife for a very decent pair of "nunchucks" about a year ago... neither one of us has any business having either

That's just what I have on my desk. In my bag is a benchmade griptilian and a SOG Twitch 2 assisted.

Eh, the one in the video is just a titanium model that's too damn heavy to take practical. My Benchmade is at home locked up. I've had it for about 17 years. The pigs have tried to take it from me on at least 2 occasions. I paid about $100 for it back then, now you can't even pick one up for less than $400. I'm getting old, I like the ease of use of my new one.
