Anyone have a Xerox Iridesse?

We have two and I took over for a guy and have a question regarding paper profiles and alignment profiles. Do you guys keep profiles for every single paper type (Gloss, Matte, Uncoated, etc), paper size (13x19, 12x18, 8.5x11, etc), paper weight (104gsm, 216gsm, 270gsm, etc)?

I'd like to clean this up and simplify our digital department, but it's looking a bit daunting.

Not familiar with the Iridesse, but I worked previously with the Versant and the 1000i and we kept a paper profile and alignment for each stock. If you calibrate to 28# Hammermill 12 x 18 and then you go and run a job that's 12pt C1S 11 x 17, it's not going to register properly. You have to have a paper profile and an alignment for each option. 

I organized it like this:

17 x 11 12 pt. C1S Kromekote
18 x 12 12 pt. C1S Kromekote
19 x 13 12 pt. C1S Kromekote
17 x 11 130# Gloss/Silk Coated Cover
18 x 12 130# Gloss/Silk Coated Cover
19 x 13 130# Gloss/Silk Coated Cover
17 x 11 100# Gloss/Silk Coated Cover
18 x 12 100# Gloss/Silk Coated Cover
19 x 13 100# Gloss/Silk Coated Cover
