Each Person gets either a single sided 1 page or 2 single sided pages. So, the 1st 100 or so maybe 1 single sided page and then the next 20 are the 2 single sided pages, they are very random. They do have a page numbers.

Sorry, I wrote the post like a CSR writing Job instructions, I forgot to mention there are some single pages as well.

I have a 4400 page PDF that is financial statements. Some have 4 pages, some have 3 pages. I need to extracted all of the 4 pagers as one PDF and all of the 3 pagers as another, and all of the ones that are 2 pages as well. I manually extracted the 3 & 4 pagers because there wasn't that many. I have over 2500+ 2 pagers that would take forever to do manually. Anyone have any ideas? I have Pitstop. Acrobat DC. Thank in Advance!

We have 6 people in prepress. Average age 60. Three of us are 65+. Doomed

If sending a proof to GMG Color Proof 05 with Black + Spot color only we get an error msg in GMG   "Not Implemented - Redefine Color".
If sending a file that has CMYK+Spot color it prints fine.

I just use excel to create and/or modify the list, then save as .csv
Watch the leading zeros in the zip code when saving .csv

Indd CS 6 - 2 grayscale .psd files  1 the background image is of some old buildings the other is white text with a transparent background. When I place the text image on top of the bkgrd image it (the background image) gets lighter. I've checked & changed all the color profiles and it still does it.

I need help with this font. The way the numbers are baseline shifted is throwing me off.

I have tried that - The 7000 does not have the same adjustments as the 5500.

Anybody printing on 13mil magnacote or something similar on the HP 7000? Any tips or tricks will be very helpful.
