Just asked the question to ESKO about Nexus support for Yosemite:
Nexus 10.1.3 is and will be the last version.  This Nexus 10.1.3 is only support Mac OS 10.6.x to 10.9.x.  Nexus 10.1.3 is not and will not be compatible with Mac OS 10.10 Yosemite.  There is no plan on making Nexus compatible with Yosemite OS.

Automation Engine(AE) and Imaging Engine(IE) are what replacing Nexus.  Please talk to your Esko Sales Rep about Nexus to AE migration.

Yes we were told upon renewing our annual support contract that we qualified for a free upgrade to Imaging Engine. Other than brief on-line info, no-one from Esko has really explained in detail what the hell it is and what the interface looks like when compared to Nexus! I talked to one person from Esko (approx 2 months ago) that said she would get someone to call, but no-one has yet.
