There's one like that called rgb.to for RGB conversions to CMYK, Pantone, and others.
Photoshop is my quick go-to for CMYK to PMS but that is a neat tool, cap'n.
PS takes too long to load up on my POS. I use one that Skryber posted years ago but I just bookmarked these two as backup.
