If the charges are inside only then how about selecting a period of time (3 months) and add all costs and divide by the amount of paper bought? Will it be close - maybe but it has a basis that can be tweaked.

Gel wrist support was my solution. I had shoulder pain galore. As for the keyboard, I have it on the desk above my elbows so the wrist are bent down (I should clarify this but I wont). I found the keyboard below the desk caused the wrist to bent up and my neck to bend down. Move it up top. I do not have a gel wrist support.

I have everything higher than before and picked a chair that fits me first and adjusted the station to this chair.

I think David will also say the same as I have had two cortisone shots in my elbows over the years. Ice pack, better posture from your chair position and then fool with things. Try raising the monitor and keyboard with phone books to get you started. Work 15 minutes, apply cold pak and walk around for 5 at least and see how it works. It takes time to get the pain out and I am left with tingling in my hands now.

Windows / Core 2 Duo and Mac

Has anyone tried to put a Mac HD into a WinBloze box that has a C2D motherboard and processor?

My Son craves my iMac and I gave him a Bloze box and need to upgrade him. So I started wondering hmmm..

I would bet there is a circuit that is processor specific. Is a C2D Mac processor the same as a Bloze version?

I have my first bxw Plus and two SEs. I have a Plus keyboard and HD but no cables - it was a brain fart when I moved. Want any? 1 SE works and another has blown a monitor. BUT it has been about 6 years since anything was plugged in.

I was thinking about fish tanks, then got sentimental and now Fcuk it. After Prepress is Sales then retirement and golf will be my prime time hobby after I get home from my Walmart greeter position. Go Gold Go.

I wonder can they make printing ink from Soylent Green? ( Let's see who is old enuf to get that one) They probably are feeding the lead contaminated toys to the fish they are cultivating to make them weight more.

How about Pantone Color Drive. Too much software ended up in the garbage during the last move.

I won a small (100,000 piece) contract worth $10,000 CDN for a public event. The plastic pouches and lanyards were made in China, including delivery by DHL in 14 days and if he could get the print quality, it was 1/4 the cost. So we use the quality issue as the edge. China no doubt is the competitor but there are issues.

Have you looked into Parallels. It is very sweet. I have a dual monitor set up and run XP on the main and OS X on the extra.  Is the machine you are working with Intel? If not ignore me - in a nice way.
