Hey G, I know earlier you said IT had "fixed" it. They most likely re-installed something from the original Win 2000 CD that replaced some of the newer SP4 files. Anytime you (they) do this you have to re-install the latest service pack. I would re-download SP4 from the MS site, uninstall SP4, and then re-install SP4 fresh. Good luck dude.

Hey G, I know earlier you said IT had "fixed" it. They most likely re-installed something from the original Win 2000 CD that replaced some of the newer SP4 files.
