TIFF Output_heads-up

 My source remains anonymous. Anyone contemplating XMF purchase/upgrade should be aware that if they are thinking of being able to send to any kind of digital printer, other than their main CTP device, they should seriously look at TIFF Output module being included. This ensures that the printer is getting the rendered XMF file, and won't be dependent on the printer's RIP. Thus avoiding colour and font nasties.
Sometimes reps avoid talking about these things as it might inhibit closure of a sale. Just saying.
I've no doubt this applies to any of the big workflows.
