Got nexus 9.5.2 installed last week. Generally OK - but very inconsistent results from the Epson 9880. Nexus tech says they don't support it, maybe will in version 10, until then SOL. Anyone in the same boat have a workaround?

Are you using any 3rd party software in front of the Epson? We're using exported 1 bit tifs from Nexus (9.1) to an old BestScreen RIP. So far it's been very consistent thru all versions of Nexus that we've had from 7.5 to our present 9.1. Thinking about  upgrading to 9.5 at year-end so it's good to know if there's issues.

We use efi colorproof to our other epson. The one is question is just for lo-res imposition proofs. Right now I'm leaning towards PowerRip.
As far as issues, the trapping module can be trouble. It uses MySql (open source) and you need to fiddle with that.
