Skype spam
« on: February 18, 2011, 05:05:50 PM »
Am a new user of Skype. I notice the occasional, seemingly Skype-sourced, spam appearing on the Desktop. Stuff like "click on this...you have a virus'; 'meet nice Russian ladies...'
Anyone else encounter this when/after using Skype? Am on Mac at home, FWIW.

Ewww! Sounds yucky.

I hated Skype 4 years ago and I'd probably hate it more today. Good luck.

That's weird!
I use a PC at home and NEVER get any crap like that after/from using Skype.
