Here's a beauty. And I did not edit the part about the salary. That's what they put in there. Things out here are going from bad to worse!

Responsibilities:

    Creation and management of template and asset library

    Edit and export materials for print and digital executions, following prepress protocol for both small and larger format pieces that require varying print setups (i.e. prints advertisements, brochures, on-site signage, branded environments ...)

    Design and execute graphic concepts to meet product or campaign visions

    Design for a wide variety of creative mediums

    Maintain and design to brand standards to ensure brand consistency

    Be a team player that brings solutions and creative ideas to the table

    Coordinate with team of marketing/creative manager, graphic designers, marketing coordinator and copywriters to ensure on-time completion of projects

    Laying out multiple ad concepts with various typographic treatments

    Ability to adapt designs, concepts, and collateral to feedback from Art Directors, Creative Director, and Account Managers

    Design and facilitate the fabrication of branded environments (i.e. Presentation Centres / Sales Centres)

    Communicate and help enforce deadlines for projects

    Collaborate with teams to deliver: brochures, sell sheets, internal/external newsletters, presentations, online assets, emails, infographics, social media news/events, etc.

    Ability to commute to our office in Liberty Village (post-COVID).

Qualifications

    3+ years graphic and digital design/production experience

    A post-secondary degree or certificate in Graphic or Communication Arts, or a related field.

    Quality control and proofing experience

    Proven history and portfolio of digital, social media and print collateral

    Passion about branding and graphic storytelling to creating compelling marketing campaigns

    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, XD, Illustrator etc.)

    Experience designing branded environments

    Superior communicator with amazing attention to detail

    Strong understanding of layout and typography

    Strong graphic production /technical skills/experience

    Strong writing and editing skills

    Solid verbal communication skills

    Self-motivated ability to work independently

    Experience blacklining architectural floorplans is a strong asset

    Experience in real estate marketing is a strong asset

I'll go ahead and assume that is a place holder, better that than when they list for $55,000 and then figure someone will take it for $45,000 or less.
