« on: October 19, 2020, 01:51:35 PM »
I had not installed Pitstop 2020 before I went on Disability
I have the license but not the DMG file, I cannot find it on the Enfocus website
can anyone give me a link to the DMG?

I'm sure I will have questions about 2020!!

Installed 2020 I had to select Trial
when I go to copy paste my license in there Acrobat Crashes
does anyone know how to make the HTML file from the license?
I guess I could put it on my other computer and export license
actually I will try that first

Did you remove your old license key before adding the new one? If not do that. Then try pasting the new license key in there.

I don't think the HTML file is going to do anything for you.

I would remove all licenses from there and then quit Acrobat. Then start Acrobat up and try to enter the new product key.
