It's free until the actual release, which is currently planned for November.

Once released it will be chargeable. It will be a subscription license, the price is not set yet, but the team is thinking about $200 a year.

It’s not fixing anything, just trying to catch potential problems sooner in the process.

Don't you worry, there are plenty of other things going to kill us.
